A recent satisfaction analysis carried out by Dansk Erhvervsfremme sheds light on how local businesses assess the level of service and the quality of the services provided by Business Center Bornholm in our role as a central authority in the business promotion system on Bornholm.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Independent satisfaction survey<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Bornholm, several bodies work together to support and develop the island's business community. Here, Business Centre Bornholm acts as a vital resource for local enterprises, from start-ups to well-established businesses. We do this by offering a wide range of elements within basic business services, which include sparring and guidance, events and projects aimed at strengthening and further developing businesses based on their current needs.<\/p>\n

As part of ensuring that Business Center Bornholm continues to meet high standards of quality and service, Dansk Erhvervsfremme \u2013 an independent specialist in business analytics \u2013 carried out a comprehensive satisfaction survey at the beginning of 2024. All businesses that had used one or more of the centre's services within the past couple of years were invited to take part. Of these, 154 businesses chose to contribute their feedback.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

We are really pleased with the results of the survey. Understanding how and to what extent our work benefits businesses on Bornholm is essential for us. The analysis confirms many of the positive effects of our work, but also provides valuable insight that we can use to continue our pursuit of improving and expanding our offer for the benefit of our local businesses.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

High satisfaction among local businesses<\/strong><\/p>\n

The results show a generally high level of satisfaction among respondents, with 88% expressing satisfaction with Business Centre Bornholm as a whole, and 86% being satisfied with the specific services. Furthermore, 84% of the businesses believe that the actions and initiatives they have implemented as a result of their collaboration with BCB have led to real development within their organisations.<\/p>\n

Another important indicator in the analysis is the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures customer loyalty. BCB achieved a score of +41, which by standard measures is considered to be good. This means that a large proportion of respondents would actively recommend BCB to others in their network.<\/p>\n
