Bornholm businesses are invited to a workshop on webshop optimisation

Bornholm-based webshop owners are being given a valuable opportunity to upgrade their digital skills and optimise their business.
Free workshop offers new knowledge
Business Center Bornholm, together with Bruno Poulsen, is holding a workshop on 25 October 2023. It is aimed at Bornholm-based businesses with webshops and focuses on the latest trends in digital marketing and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to increase competitive advantage.
Extremely important to keep up with developments
The e-commerce landscape has never been more competitive, and it is crucial for all web shops to adapt to developments in order to retain and expand their customer base – and thereby create a better bottom line. Therefore, the workshop will focus on giving participants practical tools and strategies to improve their online presence, amongst other things through the use of AI.
”Developments are moving extremely fast within e-commerce, especially after the arrival of AI. Therefore, everyone with an online shop really needs to familiarise themselves with what is happening in order to keep up. However, AI also means that it can actually be easier to run a successful online shop – but to do that, you first need to know how AI can be used. That is why we have invited Bruno Pulsen, who is both a skilled communicator and has a huge amount of knowledge in the field, so that we can properly equip Bornholm businesses”, says Christa Lodahl, Head of Business at Business Center Bornholm.

Experienced speaker
Bruno Poulsen graduated from CBS and has spent the last 10 years working with e-commerce. He has helped launch several successful webshops, including the yarn shop Hobbii and, most recently, the pregnancy and baby gear webshop MamaMilla.dk. At the same time, he has been an instructor focusing on SEO at Bigum & Co for the past 5 years.
Bruno has previously run workshops on Bornholm, to the great satisfaction of the participating companies.
For both children and adults
The workshop is for those businesses that already have an online store and wish to optimise it, and both large and small businesses will get something out of the tangible advice, techniques and tools that the day will offer.

The workshop will be held at Green Solution House on 25 October 2023 from 09:00 to 15:00. Breakfast is available from 08:30.
