Practical help to cut down on electricity consumption
”At Business Center Bornholm, we experience that many shops and small businesses need practical help with how they can cut down on their electricity consumption - and thereby their electricity bill - beyond the tips that have been shared on an ongoing basis by authorities and energy companies” says Christa Lodahl, Head of Business at Business Center Bornholm.
Therefore, on November 30th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, BCB is hosting a webinar where NIRAS, one of Scandinavia's leading consulting engineering firms, will provide tangible and effective tools and proposals that will have an immediate impact out in businesses. Here, the focus will be on the what and how, as well as the expected impact in pounds and kWh.
The webinar is targeted at shops and smaller businesses, such as trades businesses, hotels and restaurants, that do not have large-scale production, as there are many general areas here that they will typically have in common and which will yield a significant impact. At the same time, BCB also wants the businesses to subsequently collaborate with one another regarding the initiatives they have implemented – and the impact these have had for them.
A long-term effect
”Apart from the fact that reducing electricity consumption will help businesses financially here and now, we know that measures in this exact area will also have a major long-term effect in terms of making businesses more sustainable.
