LANGSKOV OPTIK VERSION 2.0

Can't we just continue for another 3 years with Restart Business at Street Level (GEIG), was the enthusiastic response from Lea Langskov when asked about the value of the programme. At Langskov Optik, a generational handover had just been completed, with Lea Langskov having taken over the shop from her father. The programme therefore felt like a godsend when Lea Langskov agreed to be part of it.
Her focus has been on landing a successful generational handover with respect for the family business and what has been built up, but at the same time changing procedures and structures slightly, and thereby finding her own footing. With expert guidance and an external sparring partner, Lea Langskov has gained an overview of the company and the tasks that lie ahead. She has become more aware of her own competencies and when to delegate to others. This has given her peace of mind and a clearer division of roles, both internally and also in relation to, for example, the bank and the accountant.
With fresh eyes on the business, she has also been inspired to introduce new systems to streamline business processes, including a new accounting system. All in all, the process with GEIG has inspired and provided tools for a new way of running the business, whilst naturally maintaining respect for the existing setup.
