Annual New Year's reception for the Bornholm business community

Business Center Bornholm brought the local business community together for the third consecutive year for a New Year's reception featuring speeches, networking and brunch.

The New Year reception is an annual celebration where Business Center Bornholm's corporate members and special partners are invited to a festive gathering. The purpose of the event is to bring together prominent and proactive figures from the Bornholm business community for a gathering that fosters a sense of community among local businesses and provides the best opportunities for networking with both new and old acquaintances.

The start of a new chapter

This year, the theme of the New Year reception was "the start of a new chapter" and the programme included inspiring speeches from chair of the board Karen Bladt and Bornholm's new mayor Frederik Tolstrup, who both shared thoughts and hopes for the coming year.

Afterwards, futurologist and keynote speaker Anne Skare Nielsen took to the stage and took the guests on a journey into the future, giving us perspectives on changes, opportunities and the courage to shape the next chapter together.

Membership

In 2025, 123 businesses supported Business Center Bornholm’s work to develop and strengthen the local business community on Bornholm. We greatly appreciate the continued support of each and every one of our members, and we look forward to a 2026 filled with ambitious collaborations and plenty of local drive.
