ONLINE: Do you have a business idea or dream? Is this your first time starting your own business? Get a general introduction to the most important topics you need to get a handle on, including the formal requirements for setting up a business and your obligations as a founder. You will be introduced to fundamental knowledge about company structures, bookkeeping, VAT, tax and law, amongst other things.

You probably know the situation. You have a good dialogue with the customer, but the conversation does not always end with an agreement. At this workshop, we work on how you create better customer conversations, ask the right questions and become sharper on what it takes to move the customer from interest to action. You go home with concrete tools that you can use right away – whether you sell to private individuals or businesses.
