Trine Wenck von Wenckheim will focus on why a strong crisis preparedness is crucial in a time characterised by great uncertainty, new tariffs, unstable supply chains and global conflicts. She will provide insight into the risks companies face without a plan B – including slower decision-making, ineffective communication and an increased risk of errors during a crisis. At the same time, she will show how working with risk assessment is not only about managing crises, but can also be used strategically to identify development potentials within the company.
Louise Lyng Bojesen, Head of Emergency Management and Environment at Bornholm Regional Municipality, will also be coming to give an insight into the initial thoughts behind the total civil defence concept. In addition, she will talk about how BRK works with emergency management, as well as the expectations for companies' own efforts and preparation in the time ahead.
