The ESG Network on Bornholm is for businesses that work purposefully with sustainability and want to develop their ESG efforts through mentoring, knowledge sharing and the exchange of experience. Here you will have the opportunity to discuss current challenges, share experiences with other businesses and gain new knowledge regarding documentation requirements, climate data and business development, among other things.
In the network, you can, among other things:

- Share experiences in a confidential professional community
- Gain new knowledge through presentations by experts and practitioners

Who is the network for?
<p>The network is specifically aimed at local businesses that have allocated the necessary resources to work strategically and continuously with ESG.</p>

What is discussed at the meetings?

<p>Work is being done on the following, among other things:</p>
<p><strong><span class="OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">Sharing of experiences: </span></strong><span class="OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">The ESG network functions as a confidential forum where businesses can exchange experiences regarding sustainability, including CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), and learn from each other.</span></p>
<p><span class="OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none"><strong>Learning and knowledge sharing: </strong>At thematic meetings, which include contributions from external consultants and speakers, you will gain insight into how ESG work can create business value.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">Skills enhancement: </span></strong><span class="OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">The network prepares members to meet future documentation requirements and customer expectations. This includes a detailed mapping of value chains (Scopes 1-3) and the strategic integration of climate initiatives, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals.</span></p>
<p><strong>Skills development </strong>We are also working to strengthen local educational opportunities within sustainability and the green transition, for example through academy programs, which can build and improve the skills of Bornholm's businesses.</p>

How do the meetings take place?
