Get on top of the 2026 budget – and create a better annual result

Business economics is quite a mouthful – nevertheless, we get through it in a one-day workshop. When the day is over, you will leave the workshop with concrete tools that you can take straight home and use in your own business.

Time is running out for the 2026 budget. Some of you are facing a brand new season in your business, while others are already well under way. Regardless of where you are, this workshop gives you the opportunity to set up or fine-tune your budget for the 2026 financial year.

The workshop is aimed at both start-ups and well-established businesses. We will base our approach on the types of budgets we most frequently work with, and demonstrate how you can challenge and adjust your budget so that it becomes both credible, realistic and ambitious.

The day is structured with presentations by Birger, followed by a more practical workshop session after each topic, giving you the opportunity to continuously work with the knowledge presented. There will be an opportunity to get help and guidance along the way after each presentation, and in this way we hope to accommodate both beginners and those who are already a step ahead.

We work, among other things, with the connection between the profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow – because an invoice is not the same as money in the bank. The focus is on practice, and you can work either with your own figures or with concrete examples from the presenter.

We use the standard budget templates from Virksomhedsguiden, which you may find useful to familiarise yourself with before the workshop.
