We invite you to a morning dedicated to the budget – for many a necessary evil, for others a welcome way to create structure and direction in their business. Regardless of where you stand, the budget is one of the strongest tools you have as an entrepreneur.

Ebbe Mølsted-Møller from Erhvervshus Hovedstaden provides a practical introduction to what many often postpone: getting to grips with the numbers. You will gain insight into why a well-thought-out budget is not merely a document, but a strategic tool that makes it easier to talk to the bank, meet investors, negotiate with landlords and make sound everyday decisions.

Along the way, we will talk about your own experiences – and afterwards, everyone will have the opportunity to work directly with the budget for 2026. You can use our template or your own sheet, and you will receive ongoing input from the speaker, ensuring you get off to a good start or move forward from where you currently are.

The morning finishes with a joint lunch and the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs in the same situation.

He has many years of experience in advising entrepreneurs on how to create a solid financial foundation that can support growth and ensure better dialogue with banks, investors and partners. Ebbe's approach is hands-on, engaging and based on real-life examples from the daily operations of businesses.
