Christian Groes is an anthropologist, researcher, PhD, and author of books and articles on management, equality, trust, and well-being. He is an advisor to several large companies and serves on advisory boards for businesses, as well as public and private workplaces. He has won international awards for his research and is also known as a public debater across various media and as a columnist for Altinget. He is the co-author of the book Gid min chef var høvding and the author of Vi er alle anderledes.
