This event is a continuation of the event on 7 October, where Christian Groes gave a presentation on Chieftain Leadership, and the event on 13 November, where he gave a presentation on well-being and retention. However, you can easily participate in this one even if you did not attend the previous ones.
Manager and speaker Ann-Christina Matzen Andreassen
provides examples of how she inspires, creates a sense of security and liberates
involve employees through two-way communication, closeness and openness, so everyone
the employees feel seen and heard. She calls the method liberating
Management.
Ann-Christina
wants to invite us into the engine room of their workplace, which today has developed a liberating
management method – 90 % leaderless organisation, in which employees have been given a
broad mandate to jointly manage the company. The effect has been measurable
directly on the working environment, the quality of the service, sickness absence, recruitment and
economy.
Christian Groes adds examples of both the good and the bad conversations and of
how trust is built as a dynamic between leader and employee.
There will be practical exercises where Ann-Christina is joined by Christian, and together they will give personal advice to the participants and discuss the participants' own cases, should anyone wish to share.
