Workshop

Build a sustainable working life as a freelancer

28. OK

Are you dreaming of a working life with greater freedom, purpose and financial sustainability? As a freelancer, it can be a challenge to get your professionalism, clients, projects and income to align in a way that provides both direction and well-being.

During this two-half-day workshop programme, you will get concrete tools to develop a business that suits your competencies, ambitions and life situation. Through two inspiring workshops, we will work on gaining clarity about your business idea, identifying your most important revenue streams and prioritising the projects and tasks that best support your goals.

You gain insight into how different income streams – clients, projects, freelance assignments and any employment – can work together in a sustainable working life, where both finances and quality of life are in balance.

During the workshop course, we work with:

  • Your motivation and success criteria as a self-employed person
  • How to create a sustainable working life that fits your life situation
  • Mapping your current and potential income streams
  • The interplay between clients, projects, freelance assignments and any employment
  • Prioritisation of the projects, customers and tasks that create the greatest value
  • Development of a simple and realistic business model
  • Concrete tools for creating direction, overview and financial sustainability
  • Drafting a personal action plan for the coming year

You will receive, among other things:

  • Clarity on your motivation and goals as a self-employed person
  • Overview of your current and potential income streams
  • Tools for prioritising projects, clients and tasks
  • A business model tailored to your situation
  • A concrete action plan for the coming year
  • 1:1 sparring with a business consultant from Business Center Bornholm

This is what you can expect to take away with you:

After the workshop series, you will have a clear direction for your business, a greater overview of your revenue opportunities, and a concrete action plan for how to develop a working life that is both financially and personally sustainable.
