ESG networking meeting

ESG networking meeting
30. April

The ESG network on Bornholm is for companies that want to dive into and share knowledge about sustainability work to uncover and exploit the business potential of ESG efforts.

The aim is to strengthen businesses' ability to work systematically and continuously on developing their ESG efforts. Work is being carried out on, among other things, the following:

Sharing of experience: The ESG network functions as a confidential forum where businesses can exchange experiences regarding sustainability, including CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), and learn from each other.

Learning and knowledge sharingAt thematic meetings, which include contributions from external consultants and guest speakers, you will gain insight into how ESG work can create business value.

Skills enhancement: The network prepares members to meet future documentation requirements and customer expectations. This includes a detailed mapping of value chains (Scopes 1-3) and the strategic integration of climate initiatives, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Skills developmentWe are also working to strengthen local educational opportunities within sustainability and the green transition, for example through academy programmes that can build and improve the competencies of Bornholm's businesses.

Who can take part?

The network is specifically aimed at local businesses that have dedicated the necessary resources to targeted work with ESG.
