Network for Retail & Service – The Consumers of the Future

27. OK

We live in an era characterised by a business paradigm shift. An era where entirely new consumer attitudes, values and behaviours are creating new expectations for the retailers of the future. New expectations which, alongside the digital revolution that we find ourselves in the middle of, offer major opportunities to develop the business and create a competitive advantage for those who dare. Do you dare not to?

Come to our networking meeting and hear how tomorrow's consumer will place new demands on you, and be inspired by the 10 most important retail trends in 2026 to develop your new concepts and business ideas, ensuring yourself a place in the retail of the future.

Following the lecture, there is a networking session where you will be challenged to think innovatively based on 10 questions that tap into the most important retail trends. In the networking session, we actively work on translating trends into your own reality. Together with others from the industry, you will explore what the developments mean in practice and how you can act on them – through concrete questions and shared brainstorming.

You walk home with:

  • New perspectives on your customers and their expectations
  • Inspiration from current trends and cases
  • Concrete ideas you can develop further in your own business
  • Sparring and input from others in the retail and service sector

Target audience

The meeting is part of the Retail and Service Network and is aimed at businesses in the retail trade as well as the hotel and restaurant industry that want to stay ahead of developments and use them actively to create a stronger business.
