At this entrepreneur café, we work with the Growth Wheel and the 360° Business Canvas – a practical tool that helps you view your business from a holistic perspective. Together, we explore the areas that are crucial to creating a strong and sustainable business.
We place a special focus on business concept and customer relations. What is it really that you are selling? What value do you create for your customers? Who are your main target groups, and how do you create relationships that lead to sales and loyalty?
Through a combination of short presentations, reflection exercises and peer coaching with other entrepreneurs, you will work on your own business canvas. At the same time, you will be introduced to a range of practical tools that can help you move forward with the areas you want to develop.

How it works
You complete your own 360° Business Canvas based on your idea or business. Along the way, you work in smaller groups where participants share their reflections and give each other input and inspiration.
We will finish with a joint discussion of the organisation and business operations categories, giving you an insight into the other areas of the Growth Wheel and the next development opportunities for your business.
You can take that home with you
The entrepreneurship café is for you if you have a business idea, are newly started, or want to further develop your existing business. You do not need to have a finished business plan – just the desire to work actively with your idea and gain new perspectives on your business.
